Workshops grounded in creative research and metaphysical meanderings—where intuitive enquiry meets the esoteric. Drawing on my personal inquiry, creative methodologies developed through my artistic practice, stage performance, and writing, these immersive workshops invite access to deep self-exploration. My arts-based research methods developed during my MA in Fine Art (2021), along with experiences at retreats, sound baths, movement and performance workshops plus lived experience as someone who exists outside the conventional bounds of "normal," and the system of the gender binary, further inform my approach. These sessions are designed to expand ideas, cultivate intimacy with the self, and empower participants. Suitable for all experience levels, workshops can be tailored for queer and trans+ communities, academics, creatives, and organisations.

A Workshop in Textual Alchemy and Word Collage

This workshop explores transformational techniques as intriguing writing and research tools in this introduction to text collage processes and word expansion for discovering hidden meanings and unexpected outcomes of working with words and texts, unique to your practice or project.

Using processes of taking writing apart and putting it back together in a playful way, using ripping, cutting and collage to experiment with transforming texts to become new unimagined sentences. Experiment with finding hidden meaning and sentences from inspiring words through using its letters to expand the word into different directions and meanings to create phrases, mantras and material for larger works.

Navigating Uncertainty, Reconnecting to Inner Knowledge and Inviting in the Mysterious through Mind, Body, and Metaphysical Practices, While Mapping Inner Processes to Cultivate Clarity and Insight.

This workshop invites participants to explore uncertainty as a generative space using the mind and body as intuitive tools. Through practices such as guided meditation on themes of rebirth, the shadow and transformation, automatic writing and mind mapping, collage, divination, personal palmistry, and symbolic enquiry, we open up the subconscious to embrace the unknown. Participants will create material that maps inner processes, builds intimacy with uncertainty, and cultivates insight and intention—supporting personal goals and values and a more integrated sense of self and identity through arts based and metaphysical research processes.
